Construction has now begun at the site of Luma at Miami WorldCenter in downtown Miami. Developed by ZOM Living and the Moinian Group, the 43-storey, 150-metre, high-rise will one day be home to 434 residences.

Located at the corner of NE 7th St and NE 2nd Ave, just north of downtown, and just steps to the waterfront, Luma at Miami WorldCenter will be a prime address for those looking to be directly in the core. Close as well to several different transit options, including the adjacent Freedom Tower Metromover Station, and the nearby Virgin Miami Central station, the project will be highly convenient for residents.

Designed by Stantec, Luma Miami WorldCenter will be an excellent addition to the core, its sleek silhouette to be a standout feature of the Miami skyline. Meanwhile, down at street level, the addition of elegant landscaping, and what appears to be a double-height lobby space and front entrance, will add some pedestrian vibrancy to the local streetscape.

Once complete, Luma at Miami WorldCenter will be a welcome new face amid the Miami's ever-changing downtown core.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
