Madison House, the tower formerly known as "15 East 30th Street," recently celebrated its topping off ceremony - the milestone marked by a gathering of developers, architects, and sales reps related to the project. Rooftop photo-ops abounded, as the team celebrated the imminent completion of what is now the tallest residential tower in the neighbourhood.

To mark the occasion, developers JD Carlisle Development and Fosun International Limited announced the sales team for the project, and hosted a rooftop event to officially launch the tower onto the market. Set for release next month, Madison House will introduce 199 residences, all of which will feature 11-foot ceilings, 9-foot doors, luxury finishes, and unobstructed views of the city.

The tallest tower in NoMad, the panoramic views of the Midtown skyline are truly fantastic, unobstructed from every direction.

Equipped with interiors by Gachot Studios, the 805-foot luxury tower will begin sales at $1.55 million for a one-bedroom, with larger units to list for up to $25 million. Outfitted with a range of top-tier amenities including a lap pool, gym, spa, and rooftop terrace, Madison House will be a prime address for years to come.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
