Located on West 57th Street, also known as Billionaire's Row, the supertall has risen above an undulating glass podium. With 179 homes spread across 98 storeys and a large footprint, residences are grand, spacious and offer panoramic views through expansive windows. Designed by Rottet Studio, the residential program begins 300 feet off the ground, and features between one- and four-bedroom options consisting of studios, full floor, duplex and triplex floor plans.

Residents will be automatically enrolled into the Central Park Club, a 50,000-square-foot mecca of luxury amenities split across multiple floors. A 15,000-square-foot outdoor terrace featuring a 60-foot-long swimming pool, cabanas and a children's playground is the star attraction of the amenities package. Additional on-site conveniences include a residents' lounge, a health and wellness centre with an indoor 63-foot-long swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, half-court basketball, squash court, and steam rooms.
