Portuguese architect's Álvaro Siza's first project on U.S. soil has been highlighted in new images in advance of the development's sales launch. The 37-storey tower by developers Sumaida + Khurana and LENY is now under construction at 611 West 56th Street in New York City, and when complete, will contain 80 residences.

Produced by The Boundary, the development's stepped profile and Turkish limestone building envelope are on full display in the renderings. Rows of rectangular windows create the building's grid-like facade, as it concludes with a four-storey crown clad uninterrupted in limestone.

Purchasers have the option of selecting one-, two-, three-, or four-bedroom arrangements, with penthouses and duplex masionettes coming with private terraces. Amenities are set to include a fitness centre, a yoga studio, a boxing gym, and a children's play area. An outdoor garden on the fourth floor extends the living experience to the exterior. Homes are expected to start at $1.26 million USD.
