New renderings highlighting the amenity spaces of 2000 Ocean in Miami have been released as the 38-storey project goes vertical. Designed by TEN Arquitectos for KAR Properties, the latest images give purchasers their first close look at the sauna and wellness spaces the development will provide upon occupancy.

The contemporary glass tower is rising just north of South Florida's Golden Beach. The translucent building envelope ensures the 64 units are bathed in natural light from sunrise to sunset. Recent construction images show the tower unclad for now, but glazing is expected to be applied to the slim concrete shell in the coming weeks.

Italian design brand Minotti is making a splash with 2000 Ocean, its first residential tower in the United States. Residents will be treated to interior and exterior amenity spaces designed and furnished by Minotti, plus exclusive access to bespoke interior design services from the brand's team of designers.

Minotti furnishings in the form of poolside cabanas and chaise lounges will accent the east-facing Coastal Living Room and west-facing Sunset Lounge pool terraces. Curated gardens, an outdoor fireplace and an oceanside cafe also elevate the amenities package.
