Automaker Aston Martin's foray into real estate is providing dividends in Miami, where a 66-storey residential tower bearing the company's name is now going vertical. Just over a year since developer G and G Business Developments broke ground on the 391-unit development, the building's unique architectural expression is revealing itself.
Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger conceived the design for the curving tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami's downtown core. The building's outward curve is already clearly visible in recent construction photos of the project. The skyscraper will eventually come to a conclusion 249 metres above the ground, with a portion of the volume carved out to accommodate a generously sized rooftop amenity space.
A crowning triplex condominium will top the structure, completing an internal residential program that features a range of penthouses and studio to five-bedroom units that offer between 698 and 10,463 square feet of living space.
Residents will have no shortage of activities to partake in. The building splits 42,275 square feet of 'sky amenities' across four floors, starting on the 52nd floor, which will include a curated art gallery, business centre, conference room, children's playroom, teen centre, games room, and a vending area.
The 53rd and 54th floors are reserved for health and wellness, providing residents with a fitness centre, spa, sauna, virtual golf, and movie theatres. The 55th floor extends the experience outdoors to include an infinity pool, cabanas, sky bar and lounge, a chef's kitchen, and a private dining room.
Also recently announced by G and G Business Developments, a full-service superyacht marina will grace the waterfront edge of the development, providing access to the open Atlantic Ocean.
"As the development is right on the river with direct access from the sea, it made sense that owners and their guests may wish to birth their superyachts right outside their properties," said German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments. "With the increasing size of superyachts, we're excited to be able to offer our residents large yacht berths for major vessels including yachts over 300 feet. We're also focusing on our green credentials, protecting and restoring marine ecology to safeguard the wildlife and conserve the stunning location."
