A 35-storey condominium tower recently topped out in Manhattan will be launching sales in the spring. VU, a project by Minrav Development and designed by SLCE Architects, rises from 368 Third Avenue in the centre of New York City's NoMad, Flatiron, Gramercy and Kips Bay neighbourhoods.
The 100-residence development will feature floor plans ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms, with pricing starting at $840,000. Interiors by Paris Forino are light and airy, complementing VU's high ceilings and sweeping Manhattan perspectives.
The building will also contain a full floor of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness centre, residents' lounge, and media room.
A teaser website for the project has been set up for potential purchasers ahead of expected move-ins next year.
