Man, 104 Ave is going to have some pretty sweet street wall over the next decade. Starting with this project going east on south side of 104 Ave:

- 10-storey Five Oaks Building
- 7-storey podium for Healy Ford Redevelopment (with 40+ tower above)
- 8-storey Melcor proposal
- 2-storey podium of The Quest
- 3-storey Fifth Street Lofts
- 3-storey Telus building
- 3-storey Mercer Warehouse
- ICE District Greyhound Tower
- JW Marriott/The Legends
- Edmonton Tower

I think that's pretty impressive for Edmonton. The weakest link is the 2-storey podium of The Quest. Hopefully it's not that noticeable once everything else is up.
