Geumcheongu is my home town and one of district of seoul
seoul has 24 district
seoulite used to think about geumcheongu as poor district.
frankly this area most cheap house price in seoul.
btw good to live in here cause closed from mountain n good to access to small river and jogging in there.

company&land owner : lotte. lotte is land owner to built house in here.
btw now nearby new lotte castle project ongoing U/C
that house owners complain about this project cause this project for cheap price.

modern building my home town not rich area but this tower look some luxury it ridiculous for me so I take a photos
btw around area all building look old and low though
