I may've lived at Niagara Falls, Canada. I'm glad this gets made in the American Side. This project will held the largest helium balloon ever & this concept art is a plan to expand its surroundings. In my opinion, this looks both cool & amazing!!!

This is what the hotel originally looked like before it was cancelled

Before the approval of 6609 Stanley Avenue in 2019, there's a video that contains the original construction site of a 30 story hotel, but later on was cancelled and left abandoned.

I'm honsetly suprised that they didn't do anything with the site yet since those signs pulled up 🫢

Quick Question: Did they approve to extend the stories from 95 to 105, or no? Just asking.

On March 5th, there are new equipments and trailers pulled up on the site. Potential Resuming Construction?!
