standard building code shows that you need to have 15 inches between anything around the toilet to the centre of the toilet (diagram below). I wonder what the builder will do as i dont think they can move the plumbing/toilet home. I think standard toilets being 18 inches wide (the top tank)...

anyone living in this complex? saw 11 units for sale and 26 for rent; wondering if rent prices will be lower because of. thx
