I'll trust the engineering on this, but you don't usually see balconies extend out that far. Overall, looks good so far.

The balconies will definitely help (looking at the bottom third is an improvement on the last photo compared to the top) but they definitely leaned into the grey on this second tower. Feels a bit bland.

Not shown from the angle in the photo above - Chachi's will be taking up the 20th street facade. Interestingly, Chachi's, Deville, Hula Poke, and Dirt Belly (owned by 98 Food Co.) were originally slated to go into the new building on the SW corner of that intersection as a sort of mini-food...

Is there any movement on the podium commercial space being leased out? The street level/podium looks so much worse with an entire block of empty CRUs.
