The J W Marriott Hotel is excavating for their 33 story building and apparently are also excavating the adjacent lot which was sold by the J W developers to the Crescent developers just recently. Probably part of the deal, I would guess.

The Virgin Hotel is under re-design. Branson bought out the local developers and will develop it himself. He really wants this project to go. As soon as a new rendering is released, I will post.

Proposed projects... There are numerous projects in the rumor stage that could lead to five to ten more 30+ story buildings in addition to many mid-rise buildings. And low-rise apartment development is ridiculous right now!
