The reconstruction is looking good. I'm curious as to whether or not Regent Park will have retail spaces beyond the chain grocery store. Space for residents to start small businesses and possibly create new work would probably be more beneficial than jobs at Tim Hortons for the people living here and the city in general.

My prediction: we'll know which townhouses are rented within 6 months or so. Look for tinfoil over the windows and junk scattered all over the property.
