Oh man, I didn't realize this will spoil the nice siteline of UC from the south side of Kings College Circle. It's too late for this monstrosity, but they need to stop Menkes from ruining the other siteline next door of Queen's Park.

I was at University and College today and you can see One Bedford rising behind the left flank of Queen's Park.

'like a slack-jawed teenager (with his pants on da ground) who accidentally walked in on someone's wedding picture.

Indeed...what we continue to ignore in our haste to core high rise density is the crucial... texture, frame, focus and fabric of streetscape.
