This project is being self-developed by John Hancock Insurance as their fourth office building in the city. Other Hancock buildings include 200 Berkeley, 200 Clarnedon (formerly Hancock Tower and Boston's tallest) and an office building in the Seaport District. SOM is the lead architect with a distinctive design that bulges upwards as it rises.
