This is structurally topped off (crown and mechanical steel is still being installed) and facade installation is continuing.











This pedestrian passageway abuts directly against North Station and will include retail IIRC.

Is it typical to not have balconies on residential projects in Boston, or is this an anomaly?

Balconies in Boston are a rarity. This project does have some, in fact, but only on upper levels. They are still being installed. Millennium Tower and 1 Dalton will also have balconies, but also only on upper levels.

Finishing up. Steel for the rooftop mechanicals is complete- all that's left is to button this one up and complete the interiors.

Facade installation has slowed, but is ongoing. I'm sure cold and windy weather has played a part in the delay.

Facade is nearly topped! Curious to see how they resolve the pattern with the mechanicals.





This project is wonderfully visible as you enter and exit your train at North Station.

Crane is down! They're dragging out finishing the facade, but the upper levels are starting to get covered up. All of the precast concrete panels have been installed; only glass and metal remains.
