What a difference a couple of weeks makes! Looking at the pic from Chinese-T on May 9 and the one from Surreal on May 28 looks like two different seasons.

The month of May has been more like late June or July type weather. It’s been amazing..

The progress is slow, but at least there is some lol. Are there any bets if this will be finished before 2023 ends?

According to the latest U/D newsletter, there will be a restaurant and a coffee shop on the ground floor, opening up later this year.

All sides of the building except for the south side are now fully clad. Through the windows you can see drapes and furniture in the rooms.

Cladding is nearly complete and they've put up a "We're open" sign (the front entrance is still fenced off, though).

Currently in Stockholm and this building reminds me alot of of some of the taller buidlings here, looking good!

The preparation for the exterior panelling seem to be like 1 to 2 years, and then the panelling went up in like week lol.
