Awesome pictures. Your shot with Sky and Brookfield together really puts into perspective just how badly in need of at least a re-clad those other buildings on that block are.

It looks to be about 30 floors, halfway through the number of floors, but about 60% of the way height wise.

Just out of curiosity does anyone know if any listings for the apartments in Telus Sky have been released? Kind of curious as what the price range would be but can't seem to find anything online.

It might be premature for listings with the building far from completion. I believe these are supposed to be executive rentals.

correct...you can't buy a suite there....only rentals.

I haven't heard of one, but I'm going to guess around April. They seem to be about a floor a week now, and with 28 floors left ~ 7 months, but adding a month for Christmas and winter weather. The smaller floorplates may go quicker though.
Correct. They will be upscale rentals for sure.
Are there going to be balconies up top? Looks great so far. The lack of balconies contributes to this.
