Starting to rise nicely.

With the use of "tables" - large forms for the floors - the man-hours to set up and tear down a floor is greatly reduced.

In the shot above you can see one pulled partially out - the posts they sit on have rollers so the crane can gently pull them out and then plop them down on the next floor to be done.
