None what so ever. I go by every day and there is little movement. I saw the bobcat on site and that was it.

Did anyone remember seeing a reputable shoring contractor on-site? No Marathon, Doublestar, Roterra, Almita... but I've sure seen a lot of ancient junk equipment sitting on-site including the same 20 ton Hitachi excavator that was left idle on their 99th st property. No wonder the shoring was screwed up.

These clowns need to smarten up, stop trying to self perform through their numbered company and hire a proper GC.

Well it appears this project has gone into Hibernation again. All of the equipment is off site. that the new shoring is only 1/4 done.

Given the redesign and other changes, I suspect this one could be DOA.

Unsure, but they lost a level of UG and had other major design changes which can often derail or set projects back.
