Well, Alldritt has a pretty good reputation for following through and this is a spectacular site for a mixed use development -- river valley views, river valley access, proximity to the convention centre, lead development for the Quarters, proximity to the new LRT line, proximity to the cultural precinct, proximity to the Federal building -- there may not be a better site in all of Edmonton for a mixed use development that includes condos and hotel units.

Im pretty sure if this is built it would be the 2nd or 3rd tallest in Canada! There is so much happening in Edmonton right now! It's just so exciting!
