There is always uncertainty in the world and even sometimes in the neighbourhood, but it would be a shame that this be held up further at this point.
 
I'm really excited for this project to finally see the light of day. This could really activate the street and be further bolstered by its proximity to Ice District.

Really positive news with this. If CC mall goes ahead with twin towers for the east side, which I suspect it would be situated at the very east portion of the mall, it is a game changer for that entire block especially if the north tower of the mall entrance's also faces that street.
