My girlfriend keeps referring to this as a new building when we drive by and I keep saying it is the same building with a new exterior.

Glad I don't live next to it. It is bright at night. Good thing for such a signature corner though. Maybe one day, the Save On lot will get redeveloped and those corners will have come full circle... well... maybe not the lot with Hudsons and The Pint.
