I wonder if it will actually get the fountain out front. Are there any functional private fountains left in Ottawa-Gatineau aside from at the Casino? I don't think the the one at The St. George on George St still runs. I haven't seen the fountain at the airport on post-covid. I'm pretty sure they got rid of the amazing fountains at Sun Life.

Yes. The front side was in harsh shade so I didn't get a shot. I'm back at the hospital today, so I'll try if I have a chance.

That little parking lot at the back might be used for a slim building eventually. Or they might be expecting other buildings to hide the view, this one's not that tall.

It's a three tower project, this is the smallest one planned.

I know, but the new towers are to its East. There's a small parking lot + driveway planned between this one and the Parc de la Cité.

Looks like they have frames for eventual fake windows. Be prepared for a spandrel mess on a building that isn't even glass.
