I really love the Jos Montferrand frame statue in Gatineau on Rue Montcalm. It changes constantly, I often see the artists working hard to completely revamp it. The latest version:

Where on Montcalm is this, because it looks like a semi-rural road at the edge of a sketchy suburban area. How is this Downtown?

It's right by the bridge over the canal, kitty corner to the old microbrewery
