I don't know that this is a proposal yet, just a potential use for this property that's for sale. I think the render is done as a visioning exercise, similar to staging a house.

I really think developing mid rises around Gage Park would bring another great neighbourhood or BIA to Hamiltons downtown. I understand this is hardly anything but a great idea for developers to follow up on.

Yeah this looks like very preliminary massing, not putting retail literally attached to an LRT would be lunacy. Nice to see redevelopment thoughts on it though.

Edit: this also makes me realize the delta block building is PRIME for development into an iconic building.
