@ferusian reports 167.85m and the thread title says 169m. Which one is accurate?
The 167.85m number is to the roof, but there appears to be a parapet wall around it, which I would assume is the Toronto regulation of 42 inches high, or 1.07 m for a total of 168.92m, hence 169 metres.

Santouka is not touched.

Centre court and IBI are such a good combo. They alone will ensure that east of downtown is more interesting than the entertainment district.
 
I like it a lot and, based on 411 Church, I've got high hopes it'll turn out great.
 
A beautiful building lots of detail angles. This building would look great by the waterfront because the windows are all angled for scenic view of the Harbourfront.
