Crazy disappointing. The massing and scale of this are so perfect for the neighbourhood, and it’s replacing the ugliest parking lot on the planet, and then they hit us with some cladding they bought on Kijiji from some developer who decided not to use it in 1997 because it looked too cheap.
The southwest corner is impressively bad.

Unit plans. This is right in my neighbourhood (I pass by it multiple times a week) and am curious what the floor plans for the units look like, if those are out there anywhere. I checked in the database but it didn't appear to have any.
