The first office tower to be built in Edmonton's financial district in over two decades, Pangman Development Corp.'s Kelly Ramsey Tower, is now approaching its final height of 111 metres (363 feet) on 101 Street. At the time of our last construction update at the end of September, the Dialog Architects-designed tower had risen to a height of 21 storeys, with curtain wall cladding stretching to the top of the 13th floor. In the several weeks since, Kelly Ramsey has grown to reach the top of the 25th floor, with cladding now applied up to the 18th level.

With the ceilings of level 25 now in place, the remaining floors will be set back to occupy a narrower footprint on the southwest corner of the tower.

The project's design, minimalist in nature, is punctuated by the presence of two restored historical façades that help to anchor its base to street level. The original brickwork of the Kelly Building and Ramsey Building were carefully disassembled during the project's early stages, before being rebuilt within two feet of their original location as part of the new tower's base.

Companies KPMG, Field Law, Parlee McLaws LLP, and Enbridge are among the confirmed tenants for the 550,000-square-foot building, which is aiming for LEED Gold Certification.
