Calgary's Eau Claire neighbourhood has been shaped by new residential development courtesy of Anthem Properties, a Vancouver-based developer now embarking on the latest phase of their master-planned riverfront project. Parkside's latest phase will bring over 300 additional units to the area across four buildings varying in height. Sales have been strong and now construction is imminent.

Parkside SW and SE will stand at 18 and nine storeys, housing 141 and 71 units respectively. The units in both of these towers have sold out, but two other nine-storey buildings — Parkside West and Parkside NW — are currently in sales. The neighbourhood already accommodates over 600 units housed within the previous phase.

The terraced form of the buildings and its patterned spandrel glass were imagined by IBI Group Architects to mimic the fluidity of the Bow River. On the inside, the amenity package provides residents with the option of exercising in the fitness and yoga studio, hanging out in the exterior courtyard, or lounging in the kitchen-equipped social room. Units will feature a variety of materials including marble, engineered stone, ceramic tiles, and wood cabinetry outlining stainless steel appliances.

Two 5-storey buildings, one of which is Parkside NE, will be launching sales in the near future. In the meantime, fencing and heavy machinery on the site indicate construction will be starting on the first four towers according to photos posted to the Forum by Surrealplaces
