In the few months since our last update on Mark on 10th by Qualex-Landmark, the latest addition to Calgary's Beltline skyline has received its finishing touches. Today, the building's 274 residents were handed their keys, and while the first wave of new inhabitants sets eyes upon their brand new units, we're pleased to share interior views of the BKDI Architects- and Rafii Architect-designed 35-storey tower.

Beginning with the lobby space designed by Canadian artist and writer Douglas Coupland, residents of Mark on 10th will be treated with a pop of colour. Moving on to the amenity spaces, the lounge and games room feature plenty of comfy seating, a pool table, and a wet bar, paired with a stunning floor-to-ceiling view of the city, as captured in the images below.

Into the private residences, the suites have been designed with a modern elegant flair, with high quality finishes and a hand-picked decorative scheme that includes a range of possible colours and materials. The kitchens include island countertops with seating, along with cabinet-style hidden fridges, in-set ovens, microwaves, and ranges.
