In the five months since our last update, a series of new renderings for The Hub, the recently topped-off 55-storey residential tower soon to become Brooklyn's tallest, have come forward, providing an effective sneak preview of the tower's interior spaces.

Designed by Dattner Architects for Steiner NYC, the 610-foot, 750-unit rental tower will be split between 600 market rate units and 150 affordable housing units that were recently awarded to applicants via a lottery.

Comprised of a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, the large tower will also host an impressive 40,000 square feet of amenity space, including a 75-foot pool, fitness centre, dog lounge, movie theatre, and outdoor yoga studio.

In addition to this, there will also be a spacious rooftop terrace with grilling stations, ample outdoor seating, green space, and a children's playroom.

All units will be well appointed with high-end finishes and appliances, while residents will be sure to enjoy fantastic city views thanks to the use of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Set for completion in 2017, the long-anticipated project will be a welcome addition to the local skyline, the tallest tower to appear in Brooklyn to date.
