Another two projects by The Related Group and sbe will soon be delivered to the tropical Florida landscape. Located on the sunny shores of Hollywood between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Hyde Beach House and Hyde Resort & Residences have both celebrated significant milestones this past year. The 43-storey Hyde Beach House just broke ground, while the 41-storey Hyde Resort marked its topping off back in March. The developer has released new images showing some of the bespoke features and amenities that residents will soon be able to enjoy.
For Hyde Beach, new renderings reveal the interiors envisioned by Brazilian-based designer Debora Aguiar. The venerable interior designer's portfolio began with the 1 Hotel and Homes project in South Beach, and has now expanded to Broward County for these two highrise projects. Aguiar has been tasked with designing Hyde Beach's lobby, amenity spaces, 77 decorator-ready condominiums, and 265 fully furnished resort condominiums. The vision includes custom-designed chandeliers, lamps, and rugs that evoke natural textures and materials, executed through the use of wood columns, woodwork on walls and metallic copper-painted pillars.
"The biggest challenge I’ve faced while designing this project is balancing the sophisticated design scheme with an energetic atmosphere," says Aguiar about Hyde Beach. "One way I’ve done so is by introducing a new colour to my palette. I’ll be integrating a lively orange tone throughout the space, and that is unusual for me." A beach club and premier restaurant will be situated in front of Hyde Resort and Residences, with residents of both projects set to enjoy access to its resort-style amenities.
A new batch of aerial images also shows progress on the infinity pool and ocean-facing amenity deck at the sold-out Hyde Resort and Residences, which is expected to be delivered in early 2017. Sales at Beach House have been similarly strong, with 70 percent of the units accounted for ahead of its anticipated late-2018 completion.
