Project Controls

The most efficient and effective way to ensure continued project stability is to proactively focus on Project Controls as a significant component of the overall Project Management Plan. Project Controls include data gathering, data management, and analytical processes used to predict, understand, and constructively influence the time and cost outcomes of a project or program.

 

Schedule Management

Project schedules are the foundation for measuring project performance and success. To accommodate their dynamic nature, our team cultivates schedule accuracy early in the project process to allow for informed decision-making at every stage of delivery. We use baseline schedules to identify potential schedule deviations, allowing our planning team to examine potential schedule impacts and prepare the appropriate actions to address any variance.

 

Program / Portfolio Management

Relying on our experience delivering individual projects, we also provide program and portfolio management services that follow a similar integrated and strategic approach. This combines the expertise needed to deliver each project with the overall strategy, governance, oversight, and controls necessary to deliver major programs.
