The updated version of Crazytown ends with Post-Greenstone Rob running for mayor, so just before cancer/switcheroo.

According to my Google Play version, anyway.

Grunts, growls, groans, sobs, yips and yowls are far more powerful than speech, a McGill University study reports this week.
[...]
Ex-mayor Rob Ford communicated mostly by a dizzying array of grumbles, hisses, groans, cackles and caws. You didn’t always understand his speech — but you knew exactly what he was trying to say.

His successor, John Tory, is another story. I doubt super-mayor ever yipped, yodelled or yowled in his life, even in bed. But he’s never met a speech he didn’t like.

What a waste of time and money! Ford will freak. I think he views this as his legacy piece--his lasting mark on the city.
I think scar would be more apropos.

Tory will have a press conference tomorrow (Thursday) to discuss the transit plans. Maybe Ford/Jacobs are waiting until after that to comment.
Hmmm... maybe we will see some Nancy Kerrigan - Tonya Harding action.

The Scarborough Town Centre Express subway is needed because the Scarborough City Center has seen virtually no growth since 1991, which was Amalgamation, right?
The Amalgamation was 1998.

Hint: "Rob Ford's office" = Jacobs.
