That is a huge pit. Many potties in depth it has. They've made some serious progress in the last couple of weeks by the looks of it.

So they've hit bottom, won't be long now. And yes, it's a deep one.

You can see the bedrock in that first image, but judging by the flatness of the area around it, they have hit the bottom.

I stopped past there last night to see how close to they are to getting a crane, but still a ways yet.

Word is the crane installation is somewhere around 2-3 weeks away.
