I'm looking at photos posted since back in November and it feels like not much has changed, yet there are still people working at the site.

Here are some new ones. not much has changed, but there is some progress. It looks like they are digging away the pile of dirt.

I would say they aren't digging any deeper, so now they just get the earth cleared out and maybe a crane soon.

Every time I see the site there are guys working away, but somehow it's not changing much. Have they run into problems?

They had stopped work for a while around Christmas, and then resumed. I think it's a combo of them working away slowly, and also because it is a big pit. The pile of dirt on the left looks about the same as when I was there in early April, but you can see they've dug down a bit further since then.
