The common areas look top notch.

Tridel tends to do a pretty good job with the common areas even for lower/mid-level buildings so no surprise with this one.

Another thing I like is they are completed before collecting money from purchasers unlike some developers who take almost 2 years to complete amenities. I'm looking at you Great Gulf!
 
I dunno; they obviously didn't cheap out on finishes, but the design itself seems a bit of an unholy mish-mash of styles, to me.
An unholy mishmash of styles is on-trend in interior design. I think it's done well here.
 
It may be all blue glass but it does look very well built. That angle in RyanD's photo is also fantastic.
 
Such a prominent position on the skyline for such a bland uninspired building. At least it's curtain wall I guess, but a dab of color like a red stripe going up it would have helped.
