You know, something about the fact that someone took an old Leons furniture warehouse (that’s sitting next to a freakin’ cemetary) and managed to use a lot of the existing structure to create a unique retail space that became a local viral fad with Gen Z’ers is pretty incredible.
I wonder if it's a new business or if Zwick's is relocating, since they're existing location is quite small.Apparently another pretzel shop is opening there. Between that and the bird shop and the other two in the area, it is safe to say we can call this area the Bird & Pretzel District.
Small retail bays. Attracts independents all in one area. We need more of this honestly.This development has definitely had a good effect on the area. Despite its faux facades, general populace has illustrated a distinct like for this type of visual.
