Looks to be 1615 on the DMAP... but nothing showing for a Land Use or DP.

Google maps shows there being three units 1613, 1615, and 1619:

However, googling the address on February 7th this went to council: Policy and Land Use Amendment in South Calgary (Ward 8) at 1615 and 1619 – 33 Avenue SW LOC2021-0173, CPC2022-1309 Where it was passed. Grainy rendering:

It's a H-GO "courtyard-style multi-residential development".

It's been a while seeing it up close in person, and I liked it. It's turning out better than the rendering IMO.
