WOW. So they've finally decided to pour a new curb on Bloor Street? Maybe they'll even deign to open a sidewalk to public use again in 2024! Wonderful. Great project. But, blocking public passage on public land since December, 2017 (it will be seven years before it re-opens), is too freaking long, covid or no covid. They should pay compensation for that.
 
Has it officially become a skyscraper (>150 m) with that topmost column? For comparison 2 Bloor W is 149 m.
