Absolutely. It's a 'B+" location at best. Apple was there for the foot traffic and presumably they were tricked into thinking the developer knew what he was doing. Clearly not the case.

We haven't heard from you in like four floors. I was beginning to worry no matter who occupies the space, it was still quite the engineering to build it so hopefully they do it justice

The blind cheerleading for this albatross is really quite bizarre. Clearly lots of people have lost, or are going to lose a bloody fortune, not to mention the spillover affects on the industry and local economy.

I don’t think they will be able to pour the floor tomorrow and it will most likely be Friday. If so, it would have been 5 days to do this floor.

I think this is the top speed they can get to without starting a night shift and I don't think Toronto would allow that. So a floor every 5 days is what we are getting

The vast majority of people will never know the pitfalls of this project. They will gaze upon its splendour, completely oblivious pf the issues that befell it. It is not the first time a project went into receivership, nor will it be the last. If I never read another word about its financials, it'll be too soon.
