For Cobs (I lived near the Annex one) we found a few things that we thought were pretty good and just bought those. The good stuff is not like Spaccio, but it fits a niche.

Just a few from May 23, 2023:

First, a look at the completed Front Street Streetscape, in leaf:

Now a look at the towers west elevation, from outside the St. Lawrence Market:

Been ages since I was last there, looking good! I long for the day when we pave roads again with interlock. Which species are the trees?

About 1/2 are Oak, if memory serves, the one in the front of my photo looks to be a Red Oak; there were one or two others, I'd have to look back through the pics.

I believe that this is a high end faucet and washroom stuff store. It looks like King East’s niche as a design strip is deepening. Taken 11 December.

I walk by this a lot, and am not exactly sure if it’s one store (Aquavato, from King St) or two stores (Aquavato plus this House of Rohl). Or is it like a faucet department store?
