I don't know why Cobs closes the blinds to its bakery room. Let the people see the bread making!
It's been said before, but this is a predictably ugly street wall
My partner just went to their website and asked them what they are hiding behind the closed blinds!I don't know why Cobs closes the blinds to its bakery room. Let the people see the bread making!
First I heard of a 'window collapse" here. The builders were, I think, TMG - though they do not list this project on their 'completed" list. https://www.tmgbuilders.ca/Have you heard about the windows that fell off the building recently? Do you know who the contractor was for this project?
Whoever it was, they didn't do a great job. The units have so many issues- malfunctioning AC, poorly fitted pipes that leak, plaster splattered on windows and floors, cracks in walls, oversensitive smoke alarms. On top of that the pool malfunctioned last month and flooded five floors down.First I heard of a 'window collapse" here. This does not look too good either
Hope not, but it could be a big problem! Is this typically how glass windows fail? It looks like something was thrown through it or it was smashed, rather than separated at the edges etc. But maybe that's how they break under tension, I have no idea. I walked past and saw the sidewalk taped off near Neo coffee. Looks like access to one of the garage entrances is impeded, so this will be a problem for the whole building, I'm sure.
