Looks good overall although they should have gone with a proper dirt warning track instead of continuing with that fake dead grass.

From the Catch Bar above the visitor's bullpen:
New seats belong the Catch Bar overhang alongside the visitor's bullpen, now available for sale during the games:
As you can see in the left foreground above, there are general admission first-come, first-served bleachers beside the visitor's bullpen as well. They've been branded by Canada Dry this year, with the uppermost row of the bleachers reserved for Canada Dry guests.
Visitor's dugout, including where the can store their bats and helmets:
New luxury premium ultra comfort-plus platinum club patrician overlords seating:
And the new swanky TD premium entrance off of Bremner:
From behind the 110/111 seats:
In front of the 110/111 seats is new field-side wheelchair seeting space. The Jays are still deciding what to provide between the 111 section and the row of wheelchair seats:
Access to that area will be from the passage seen below that will connect to one of the premium lounge areas. The premium lounges are still under construction, but the elevator is already operational that will get guests to the accessible seating.

Here are the additions to this year's offerings while you're at the bird's nest:
Posters, bobbleheads, shirts, hats...
New menu items include tiramisu, cannoli, Crush floats,
loaded mac'n'cheese, vegan tacos, "snow" (cheese dust) fries…
stuffed Jamaican patties, and, what I consider the belle of the ball, the Hot Honey & Maple Bacon Hot Dog, which was so, so good. So good. That's what I'm going for when I'm back on the 15th.
...while new beverages include Bud Light with (can you handle) double the lime?!
And two zero-sugar 7up-based vodka sparklers with 7° alcohol each, one original flavour, and one lemonade:
Zero% Corona and alcohol-free Spritzers — Aperol and Mojito flavours — for those wanting to avoid shameful, loutish behaviour:
The Blue Jay's Mill Street Blue Wave lager:
And various cocktails and mocktails:
While most of these are two sweet for me, I loved the new Mangonada. That's got a kick...

Not a fan of the seating behind home plate as a viewer at home on TV. The back wall make it look like I am watching the zoom fans that the NBA had during its pandemic season. Very weird to me.

Yeah, I wish the wall behind the front block of seats was about 2’ lower. Doesn’t look as good as I was hoping. That said, I’m sure we’ll get used to it and it will be “fine”….

...not a big fan of that Tudor like "stone" wall behind them either. Adds extra weirdness to that fact.

The constant movement of people behind the home plate seats is distracting. Putting a barrier behind the last row of seats would solve this and also help cover some of that faux stone

Personally, I find the solid, flat grey walls higher up in the 100 levels look worse. I think it might have looked better if it were the same dark blue as the centre field wall.

I just posted the exact same in my baseball fantasy league group chat. It's too bright, the advertising on the back wall is extremely distracting, and the fans behind the plate are way to close and intrusive. Not to mention all those weird graphics hanging down from roof during pauses in the action.
This might be good for the younger generation, but for baseball purist like myself this is having the exact opposite effect. I'm already getting turned off by the constant bombarding of sports betting ads, tickers, billboards, etc. Like everything else now, way to flashy and polished. Like what is "Bochner"?

I promise you it won't grow on me. I find it so bad I'm struggling just to watch it. I will certainly be watching a lot less this year.
