UT, we entirely missed that this one was the subject of a Settlement Offer, in July '23.
It was adopted by Council.
And the OLT conducted the Settlement hearing February 8th, 2024.

I presume these reflect the previous noted Settlement, but as the Cover Letter is not particularly informative, I will leave it to @Paclo to confirm.
For the above, these are at full 100% resolution, so the shortcomings are on someone else, LOL

Another minor post-settlement resubmission of the OZ file in pursuit of a Final Order issuance by OLT. Only stat change of note is +1 vehicular parking.

Related submission with description: "Draft Plan of Subdivision submission in order to implement the OLT approved zoning by-law amendment application located at 4121 Kingston Road. The DPOS will create the conditions and block patterns for creating two mixed-use mid-rise buildings of 13- and 12-storeys, and two towers of 29- and 38-storeys. This submission aligns with the OLT approved proposal. Cross reference the OLT approval File No. 21 138377 ESC 24 OZ Please confirm completeness check."
Seems to have a host of updated docs.
(Apologies if this isn't a valid share, but just noticed the last update to the application progress thread was early January 2025, these later Dec 2025 submissions look to be for satisfying the OLT settlement re: Subdivision plan.)
