Today. It looks like columns for the highest floor they’re working on (71st?) are now level with the top residential floor (76th) of 1BE across the street. Note the column visible from the 76th floor balcony in the close-up shot
I took these photos yesterday; my mental health has not been great over the past few days, which is why I was not as active on the forum as before, but at least it is better today.
Since I usually take photos of The One from west of its location, rather than east of it, it definitely appears to surpass the 76th floor of One Bloor East in my photos:
