Are three storey elementary schools very common in Ontario in the last 40-50 years? I can't recall many of them in the GTA suburbs (other than very old schools that were built pre 1970s)

They removed construction fencing around the school. Here are some photos from yesterday:

The huge windows for natural light are great, but the brick colour choices are horrendous... especially from the back where students will be for recess.
