I saw it from Bathurst and Dundas today, which is not somewhere I find myself often, and was impressed with the density you can see from there with the wall of condos building up to FCP, Scotia Plaza, etc.

Seeing this thing up close for the first time since it was about 75~100m. I was really suprised by how pretty and tall it's getting
Note: i know the dark glass isnt everyones thing but personally i think it ads a bit of personality, definitely would've preferred the gold ish look tho

In my non professional opinion I'd say The One is at about 265~270 meters right now which would make it taller than Td trust tower
That would make it the city's 5th tallest skyscraper
